National Event Manager en Madrid

Designs and executes an efficient and innovative national event programme on a highly professional level, adapting it to national market needs and goals. He/she is one of the most important drivers of innovation and creativity in events and also athletes’ projects. Innovation is priority, followed by excellent and efficient execution. Supports interesting 3rd party projects with an approach aligned with FM and leverages global/international Red Bull content in sport scenes.

  • OWNERSHIP OF THE ENTIRE EVENT PROGRAMME STRATEGY

     

     Create and improve an innovative and outstanding national event programme by inventing and executing new events. These are highly relevant for regional and national consumer groups and offer personal experiences to participants and spectators and create unique media content

       

     Develop and move the 3rd Party Sports Events Strategy and Event Car Programme forward in close alignment with FM

     

     

  • EVENT ORGANISATION

     Organize Red Bull events/projects of all scales with strong focus on participants, spectators and media. Assure top quality and efficiency. Brief and supervise suitable partners to follow Red Bull principles and needs and objectives from communications, legal, finance and sales

     

    Budget and brand appearance responsibility for all national event activities according to international benchmarks and guidelines

     

     

     

  • OWNERSHIP OF THE EVENT CAR PROGRAMME

    Visualize and move the National Event Car Program forward in close alignment with the regions and Event Car drivers.

    Design and supervise the programme in regards to all legal and financial boundaries.   

  • COMMUNICATION

    Communicate information via the Red Bull InfoNet for all event related topics (keep updated event calendars, fact sheets, news-postings, etc.)

    Design and contribute unique stories, interesting topics, new formats and top media content for Red Bull Media Network.

    Set up a strong network to establish Red Bull as functional beverage and innovative brand  with athletes, opinion leaders, sport industries, agencies, media, federations, authorities, etc.

     

     

  • EFFICIENCY

    Define and implement the structure of the events department

    Define the role and targets of the Event Specialist and guide him/her to reach the goals

    Define and implement a plan for outsourcing in specific projects

    Plan and meet the overall budget expectations including third party income.

  1. Minimum 5 year’s work experience in the sports industry, sport-, events- or marketing agency or sport institution

  2. Ability to design and organize events and projects of all scales (budgets from € 1k – 1,000k). Ability to lead project teams and follow a 360 degree marketing and organizational approach

  3. Strong project leader and used to drive for results, independent success delivery
