Talent Acquisition Consultant - 3D Printing en Barcelona

In EMEA we are a team of 30 Talent Acquisition consultants, 5 of which are based in our amazing Sant Cugat Site (Barcelona)

At our HP Sant Cugat Site (Barcelona) we currently have more than 2000+ professionals up to 50 different nationalities, host 12 businesses and we have the largest HP R&D Lab outside the US. Furthermore we are the WW HQ of the Large Format Printing Business and the EMEA HQ of the Graphics Solutions Business.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will be building a strategic relationship with hiring managers for Spain, understanding their hiring needs, identifying challenges in attracting the best candidates and finding solutions on how to improve and accelerate the process of enrolling new joiners.

Whatwillyourdayconsistof?

• You will interact with hiring managers in Spain and identify the challenges, develop the talent attraction strategy and create solutions on how to attract talent in the required timeframe to meet the business needs.
• For the 3D business in Spain, you will manage the full staffing process, support the implementation of sourcing strategies, screen candidates, provide a short list of candidates, coordinate interviews, create offer letters, and facilitate relocation.
• Counsel with managers on the hiring process and ensures that managers are in compliance with corporate and local policy.
• Establish relationships with vendors and key partners to meet staffing plan needs.
• You may participate in key projects have a country-wide impact.
• Part of your role will require you to support Graduates/Job fairs activities.

Whoarewelookingfor?

• A recruiter with up to 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent attraction. An interest in Social Media would be advantageous.
• A strong collaborator, ability to build relationships across teams and cultures
• Excellent level of English
• An independent result-oriented professional
• University degree
