The Field HR Lead manages the delivery of HR services within and to the geography and ensures HR service delivery aligns and responds to strategic objectives for both HR and the business. They serve as the primary connection between HR and local employees across all DTEs and service organizations within a location and manage the service delivery of People Advisors. This role provides high quality coaching and advising to employees and line managers to optimize the local employee experience. They act as single point of contact for other HR functions, service organizations and other groups (in the local office and across the geography). They may also design/implement local employee engagement and recognition programs; provide mobility services, plan/deliver training, coaching, mentoring and supervision.
