KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION

Preparation, production & service of drinks at the bar outlets in compliance with Thomas Cook company health code regulations. Maintaining great customer service at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cost control & general management concerning storage management of beverages/food and supplies
• Working in compliance with HACCP and local health code regulations.
• General cleaning and maintenance of the bar area
• Up to date knowledge of the local area to make recommendations to customers
• Making sure food and beverage standards are being met at all times (recipes, techniques, documentation, and monitoring) 
• Training of new bar staff
• Participating in daily operational briefings

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate of hotel / gastronomic school
• Certificate of specialized bar education 
• Language skills both local and English
• Experienced in bartending
• Good product knowledge about spirits, drinks & bar in general
• Communication skills & guest oriented behavior
