Casa Cook Ibiza is looking for Bell boys, to provide a courteous and warm welcoming to our guests, helping them upon their arrival at the hotel with a high standard of service and assistance.

Start date: as soon as possible

seasonal contract till October 2019

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers upon arrival and departure
• Help them with their luggage and / or vehicles
• Accompany them to their rooms and provide an overview of the amenities
• Comply with established protocol norms and the spirit of Casa Cook

• Joint responsibility for the cleanliness of the hotel areas

• Close cooperation with the Front Office Team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in similar role is required
• Previous experience working in a luxury 4- or 5-star hotel is an advantage
• Passion for customer service and excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge in Spanish and English, other language is an advantage
• Driver's license would be advantageous
