SPA Manager en Valencia - Ibiza

JOB PROFILE

Casa Cook Ibiza is looking for a qualified Spa Manager to provide professional and energizing wellness therapies as well as massage treatments to our guest. You will offer a full range of treatments to fulfill different guests needs and objectives. Your work will be an important factor to a client’s contentment. The ultimate goal is to succeed in making each guest’s stay unique and increase customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the preopening team, the SPA Manager is responsible for actively supporting the GM in choosing the SPA and fitness staff, building up a team, providing the new staff with trainings and setting up the SPA, treatment and training facilities in alignment with the Casa Cook brand standards.

• Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure) and training in a safe and comfortable manner.
• Managing the profit center Spa through planning and supervision of purchasing, sales and labour costs ensuring budgets are met.
• Development and management of treatments, both with a local focus as well as internationally inspired.
• Responsible for deliverance, quality and presentation of the SPA treatment and fitness offers.
• Responsible for personnel in the SPA department.
• Leading and developing the staff, including daily briefings and meetings.
• Analyze results, make action plans and provide reports.
• Uphold a clean and stocked rooms, hygiene standard and following health and safety regulations.
• Apply best practices and be up to date with SPA treatments, products and fitness trends.

REQUIREMENTS

• Highly experienced in SPA treatments, in an international hotel or SPA facility.
• Basic knowledge of fitness and training to lead fitness trainers.
• Preopening experience is an advantage.
• Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies.
• Fluent in English, good knowledge in Spanish, other language is an advantage.
• Experienced in SPA management, cost calculation, cost control and staff planning.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Degree or current license in aesthetics or physiotherapy or similar.
