The person responsible for the Specialty Business Unit is responsable for both building and improving the relationship with our data providers, engaging with them in order to ensure the data access in the hospital arena, and exploring new types of data to be able to develop and innovate in our offering assets
On top of data source responsabilities, it is the responsable of developing the offering in the specialty arena, innovating in the way we provide the right services and information to our clients, being responsible for the whole offering, from the syndicated, to the ad-hoc and oncology offering, and being the person or reference in the company about what is happening in the specialty market
It would manage a team of people, both data sources and offering development, ensuring the development and carreer path of those profesionals.
It is responsable for both cost and revenue in the area, ensuring the right strategy is set to improve the offering containing our costs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with Business Intelligence projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Deep knowledge of the hospital sector.
• Very good analytical and comercial skills. Be capable of identifying and developping new business opportunities.
• Previous experience managing teams
