Amazon is looking for a technically inclined Cross Site Marketing Manager with strong analytical, communications and project management skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for Amazon's customer experience on PCs, mobiles and tablets. She/he will work at both a strategic level, establishing the roadmap for customer experience improvements (analyzing transaction data, launching new features for all product lines, managing the store’s promotional calendar and implementing high visibility events). You will be the gatekeeper of the Amazon brand and voice in Spain. Our environment is fast-paced and requires a candidate who is flexible, detail-oriented, and thrives in ambiguity.

Specific responsibilities include:
· Optimize the Home Page and X-Site elements of the largest e-commerce website in Italy and Spain, with billions of impressions yearly.
· Optimize the content, products and programs displayed to each customer in order to drive long term engagement through A/B testing for campaigns and features.
· Optimize the on-site customer experience, highlighting Amazon’s selection, value, and convenience to appeal to local customers
· Influence user interface design and ensure standard practices and processes regarding the editorial style of the Amazon voice are followed.
· Drive site improvements to completion by coordinating with EU/NA project managers, vendor managers, designers, and other content managers.
· Drive analysis and insights for the different customer segments, mastering metrics of downstream, long-term behavior.
· Support customer lifecycle management efforts
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful project management across multiple departments or functions, negotiating deliverables and timelines with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities. He/she is analytical with experience working with large data sets, SQL or other languages. The selected candidate will be bilingual with strong writing skills in both Spanish (or Italian) and English.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3 to 5 years of experience in online marketing (highly analytical roles) consulting, project management, engineering
· Strong analytical and data-mining aptitude, coupled with strong Microsoft Excel skills
·
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·
· Experience working with large distributed systems and the ability to learn new tools very quickly
·
· Bachelor’s degree required. Studies in engineering, maths, economics and sciences will be favored.
·
· Fluency in English is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Knowledge of SQL, database language and statistics
