Clientising is looking for a part-time Performance Media Buyer to join our fast-growing marketing team.
As the Performance Media Buyer, you will work with the product team, and be responsible for the development of creative campaigns to promote our products. You'll be focused on managing customer acquisition and retargeting campaigns across Facebook and other online advertising networks.
We are currently searching for a highly talented individual to join our team in the heart of Barcelona, Spain.

Responsibilities:
- Ideate, create and test paid media campaigns to acquire new clients
- Continuously iterate campaigns, ad groups, creative to improve conversion rates & lower CPAs.
- Monitor spend and performance on a daily basis to reach or exceed monthly acquisition goals.
- Analyze campaign data to create weekly reports and communicate status and progress to internal teams.
- Communicate best practices based on performance data and deep domain knowledge of the related channels
- Seek automation opportunities to scale impact and reach of paid media efforts.
- Develop, document, and implement best practices to drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing and business development teams to improve cross-channel marketing efficiency.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices and apply them as appropriate.

Qué es lo que pedimos
- Mínimo FP Grado Medio requerido
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, French would be a plus
- 1+ years direct experience executing and managing performance-based paid media campaigns.
- Must have experience managing and scaling with large budgets
- Expert in using basic paid media tools: Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, Power Editor and more.
- Understanding of fundamental media metrics and calculations (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA).
- Strong knowledge of Excel/spreadsheet management, and a knack for analyzing large amounts of data.
- Ability to contribute to an entrepreneurial, innovative and collaborative team-based environment.
- Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities and pay strong attention to details.
- Extremely analytical, detail-oriented and organized.
- Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills.
- Desire and drive to always be learning.
- Excellent communications skills.
