Role
Tesla is recruiting a Management Assistant- we are looking for a person who can provide the high quality administrative and organizational support for all the activities. The Management Assistant will ensure the drafting and formatting of documents in English, French, Spanish and Italian. Given the very rapid evolution of our company, the Management Assistant will actively contribute to the improvement of administrative tools and processes.
Versatile, flexible, organized, this person will also assist the sales and marketing team on ongoing projects and files.
Responsibilities
- Effectively assist the Directors on a daily basis and coordinate all their activities
- Manage the agendas, appointments, plan and organize trips
- Write letters, meeting minutes and emails in French and English
- Receive and manage calls, welcome and receive visitors
- Organize internal meetings, book rooms
- Create and format Powerpoint documents and presentations
- Collect and consolidate data via Excel (monthly reporting, dashboards, etc.)
- Maintain the various databases and files
- Ensure the ordering of supplies, the management of expenses
- Optimize communication and all administrative tasks related to the function.
- Supporting some business development projects.
Profile
- Holder of a Bac +2/3 diploma of the BTS type in Management Assistant, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position in an international environment.
- Bilingual English, you have excellent writing skills in English, French, Spanish & Italian.
- You have a professional presentation and good interpersonal skills.
- You are responsive, fast and rigorous.
- You have a strong sense of service. You are available when needed, have a sense of confidentiality and are resistant to pressure.
- You have already worked in a fast-growing environment and participated thanks to your initiatives to optimize administrative management.
- You are fluent in traditional office automation tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- This position is immediately available.
