We offer the position Information Security Consultant within theIT department for the Model Bank project in Madrid.
Model Bank in collaboration with the MB countries (Spain, Italy, France andCzech Republic) aims to deliver:
· A retailharmonized digital platform (with 60% to 90% harmonisation), fully focused onsupporting the MB countries in increasing customer interaction, improvingcustomer satisfaction and increasing sales
· A scalableplatform which can be extended to on-board additional countries, products andservices in future
· An agile,central IT shared service center that can develop, maintain and run digitalrequirements going forward
· A high level ofstandardization and centralization across systems, processes, data and way ofworking aligned with Enterprise Architecture, Global Process Management, GlobalData Management and Bank Infra
Organizational context
The overall Agile organization is usingthe following principles: Tribes, Squads, Chapters and Communities ofExpertise.
In a Squad, the members (from 5 to 9) allsit together to design, develop, test, and release to production a valuablesoftware. In the Squad, the Product Owner priorities the work.
The Tribe is a collection of Squads(limited to 100 people) that work in related areas.
The Chapter is a transversal regroupmentby similar skills or general competency area. The Chapter Lead is responsiblefor developing people and setting salaries but remain part of Squad and doesday to day work.
The Community of Expertise is a group ofpeople that want to share knowledge, tools, code, and practices.
The Continuous Delivery Expert is a memberof a Squad - itself in a Tribe - , and Chapter. Depending on the need andprofile, he/she can also be part of a Community of Expertise.
Job Description
TheInformation Security Consultant helps teams understand key security and privacyissues, risks, exposures and vulnerabilities using workshops and assessment.Some of your responsibilities and functions will be:
- Developsecurity and privacy controls to meet client’s business needs. Assess the security of solutions to addressspecific security and privacy requirements.
- To be thesubject matter expert responsible for defining, developing, implementing andassuring risk & security policies, processes, tools and architectures
- He/she will be a front runner in the IT security andrisk identification and will be responsible to manage the IT risk and ITsecurity compliance of the applications at Model bank.
