We are looking for a Talent Management specialist, your main responsibilities will be

·          Setting up meetings with partners and potential clients

·         Setting up and executing the onboarding plan of new joiners

·         Organizing training sessions, online and offline

·         Establishing partnerships with business schools and universities

·         Assessing the talent of prospective candidates

·         Processing the interviews to find the right candidates across our different divisions

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline such as Human Resources, Business or Marketing

• Minimum of 2 year experience in recruiting to technology environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based recruitment/research tools

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to understand internal customers, anticipate their needs and prioritize their satisfaction

• High level of English

• Passionate about people and challenges
