The National Athletes Specialist is responsible for selecting and managing a national relevant top quality athlete’s portfolio and for using Red Bull’s global athletes. He/she understands the athletes’ needs and challenges in performance, marketing and communications and provides professional support where needed and which is useful to the personal set up of athletes. He/she controls the positive impact for our brand, co-operation efficiency (input/output ratio) and challenges for outstanding athletes’ projects.

• Athlete's coordination and support

  Support and supervise each athlete with the optimal individual package consisting of marketing (tools, salary, bonus, etc.) communications and sportive performance, assuring top professional relation with each athlete personally and perfect scene-impact, strong credibility and high efficiency (target setting/control).

• Athlete's projects

  Contributes to a successful Business Planning with new ideas and athlete’s projects plan for the country

• Stories design

  Design and contribute unique stories, interesting topics, new formats and top media content.

• Athletes consumer requests

  Screen and answering all athletes related consumer requests and increase cross department usage of athletes' activities

   

1. Minimum 4 years work experience in events /management/ sports industry, having worked personally with athletes or within agencies, institutions, performance and communications.

2. Personal experience (as athlete, team manager, events organizer) and high interest in all kind of sports topics.

3. Understanding all aspects of athlete’s success and life (performance, marketing, communication) with a strong focus on sportive performance.

4. Strong project leader and used to drive for results, independent success delivery.
