Creating and managing our brand awareness both internally and externally, is key.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the storytelling, application, maintenance and evolution of our brands and visual identity system in all our touch points with different stakeholders: from websites or merchandising to presentations, events, and booth design.
• Support our senior management in the definition and crafting of compelling presentations and reports, with focus on targeted storytelling to present, sell and position concepts to internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate the application of the brand guidelines at a local level by the Brand champions in the Wayra and Open Future hubs, making sure our brand is consistent and best practices and materials are shared among the network maintaining recurrent relation with the local Wayra hubs team.
• Nail the ABCs of design, purpose, and flair, with focus on compelling storytelling techniques.
• Oversee the project management of our participation in global events, from logistics, to agenda definition and planning, in liaison with other internal and external areas, including external agencies that are part of our Open Innovation network ensuring the correct application of our brand guidelines at all levels.
• Responsible for the project management and organization of gatherings and events at both, global and local level with key stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
• Have 5+ years of experience as a visual designer with different products and requirements.
• Ability to show a portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strong design skills and branding experience across a range of brands and touch-points.
• Proven experience in doing quick iterations and hi-fidelity prototypes while still having the ability to produce big ideas in a changing environment.
• Proven experience in defining objectives, project planning, management & coordination of resources & transversal teams.
• Ability to make things easy to understand and master the wow effect.
• Ability to keep “eyes on the ball”, comfortable working with tight deadlines, results-driven.
