JOB DETAILS
onthespot has reached a commercial collaboration agreement with Telefónica's operator in the UK. This collaboration is underway, so we seek to incorporate a person, who can lead in an integral way the deployment of digital transformation projects of spaces in the UK, as well as the definition of the operational model of implementation and support.
Report / Organization: This position will report hierarchically to the Head of Global Operations, and functionally to the Head of Business UK.
Key Functions / Responsibilities:
Learn best practices from other operations and transfer them to the UK operation to ensure efficient delivery.
Define and develop scorecards that allow monitoring of projects and subsequent presentation to clients.
Identify opportunities for improvement in the projects carried out, and work with the corresponding areas or stakeholders, to make the necessary changes. .
Location: The position will be located in Madrid, Spain, but since the position is related to commercial management in the UK, the selected person must have plenty of availability for frequent international travel and short stays.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Technical Engineer or Higher Degree in telecommunications, computer science or related. PMP degree, Agile methodologies, or similar will be valuated.

Expertise: + 3 years, in similar positions, managing audiovisual projects (dynamic marketing or integration of technological projects) as a project or service manager, as well as in the elaboration of operational models and processes. It will be valued to have experience in international end-to-end project management.
