For the new Branch that Allianz Technology is creating in Barcelona, we want to incorporate an IT specialist whose main functions will be:

As a software tester you are responsible for testing functional requirements/defects and for creating/defining  testcases based on the functional description used for designing/implementing software functionality.

Responsabilities / Tasks

• Testing functional/technical requirements based on design
• Creating, maintaining of test data
• Descriping testcases that will be then part of regression test portfolio
• Identifying issues, risks and dependencies escalating and managing where appropriate
• Promote and advocate best practices within the team and throughout the business

 General competence description

Professional with expertise in

• 2+ years experience in software testing using black-box testing techniques.
• Experience with testing/documentation/automation tools.
• Profound understanding of testing concepts in all stages of software development lifecycle.
• Good understanding of requirements engineering process.

Detailed Competence Description

Test Tool Expertise

Experience in working with a test tool (documentation of test cases, automation). Experience with TOSCA is an advantage.

SQL

Ability to write basic SQL Queries (select, insert, update), usage of SQL within projects.

SOAP / web services

Experience in working with or testing of web services.

Software systems

Understanding of the high-level principles and structures of software systems.

Social skills

Open minded, communicative, motivated and self dependent, responsible.
English is project language.
