Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Sales Expert to join our Digital Sales Expert Unit Team of Everyday Engagement Tribe.

The responsibility of this team is to achieve the product’s digital sales objectives, orchestrating all capabilities involve in digital sales funnel acquisition.

You will be responsible for identifying customer pain points and improvements in the customer acquisition journeys.

In addition, you will translate analysis, insights and business results ensuring awareness across all digital sales stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Digital Sales Expert you will:

• Positivly contribute to Digital Sales, understanding end-to-end customer journey, and identifying improvements in all touch points of our customers.
• Ensure the evolution of the digital data model, the correct tracking of the process (data capture), and identify and request new information to be tracked as required for digital sales optimization.
• Evolution of digital sales reporting and dashboards to have more relevant information about digital sales performance and to do more in-depth analysis with Adobe Analytics.
• Build the end-to-end view of the digital sales funnel, propose improvements along the entire customer acquisition journey.
• Responsible to understand the customer journey in the different campaigns and commercial communications.
• Responsible for the CRO methodology and the correct execution: CRO analysis, hypothesis generation, brainstorming, test plan, set up and insights. Monitoring test results in Adobe Target.
• Definition of new use cases / initiatives / personalizations to be activated along the customer journey.
• Benchmarking and monitoring of digital journey focus on entry points, digital application processes, and leads to sales actions.

• Master or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience

En ING buscamos Experto/a en Ventas Digitales - Temporal

Su función y entorno de trabajo:

Estamos buscando un experto en ventas digitales talentoso y entusiasta para unirse a nuestro equipo de la unidad de expertos en ventas digitales de Everyday Engagement Tribe.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es alcanzar los objetivos de ventas digitales del producto, orquestando todas las capacidades involucradas en la adquisición del embudo de ventas digitales.

Será responsable de identificar los puntos débiles de los clientes y las mejoras en los recorridos de adquisición de clientes.

Además, traducirá el análisis, la información y los resultados comerciales para garantizar el conocimiento de todas las partes interesadas en las ventas digitales.

Sus principales responsabilidades:

Como Experto en Ventas Digitales , podrás:

• Contribuir positivamente a las ventas digitales, entendiendo el recorrido del cliente de principio a fin e identificando mejoras en todos los puntos de contacto de nuestros clientes.
• Asegurar la evolución del modelo de datos digitales, el correcto seguimiento del proceso (captura de datos), e identificar y solicitar la nueva información a rastrear según sea necesario para la optimización de las ventas digitales.
• Evolución de los informes y cuadros de mando de ventas digitales para tener información más relevante sobre el rendimiento de las ventas digitales y hacer análisis más profundos con Adobe Analytics.
• Construya la vista de extremo a extremo del embudo de ventas digital, proponga mejoras a lo largo de todo el viaje de adquisición de clientes.
• Responsable de entender el customer journey en las diferentes campañas y comunicaciones comerciales.
• Responsable de la metodología CRO y de la correcta ejecución: análisis de CRO, generación de hipótesis, lluvia de ideas, plan de pruebas, puesta en marcha y perspectivas. Supervisión de los resultados de las pruebas en Adobe Target.
• Definición de nuevos casos de uso/iniciativas/personalizaciones a activar a lo largo del customer journey.
• La evaluación comparativa y el seguimiento del recorrido digital se centran en los puntos de entrada, los procesos de aplicación digital y los clientes potenciales para las acciones de ventas.
