We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer processes and Third-party relationship specialist to join our Sourcing & Provider Team of Operational Management.
The responsibility of this team is holistic management of third parties and the services they provide us with to support our back office activities, with a special focus on their accurate performance and our way of working is based on the creation of trusting and quality relationships with our partners and internal stakeholders from an empowered team in which accountability and a good working environment are our pillars.

- High motivation to learn quickly about outsourced activities of different nature and to propose process improvements linked to customer experience, business growth, operational and cost efficiency.

- Intermediate to high level Office package ("Excel" and "Power Point" skills)
