A day in the life
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Managers to partner with Product Managers (PMTs) and Engineers to (1) develop and improve delightful experiences for customers to Shop and Search on Amazon; (2) identify, own and scale the selection of products where Quick Add Actions and Basket Building can increase customer value; (3) manage the delivery of our experiences in WW markets.

The mission of the EU INTech Consumer Selection Discovery teams is to help customers find, evaluate and compare products they like, need or want. Our vision is that every customer should be confident to find the best product for their specific needs and preferences at the best value with very low effort. We believe that every customer and their situation require specific attention and so we build delightful shopping experiences that are tailored to the customer’s mission. We innovate from EU for the WW customer. To achieve that, we partner with WW business and tech teams from Softlines, Consumables and Hardlines and other platform/host teams. We don’t settle for an average 'one size fits all' and find the right CX for customers on each product family (PF) while delivering a cohesive sitewide CX
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Madrid, M, ESP
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
