Senior DevSecOps Engineer en Málaga

Ciklum is looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our team full-time in Spain.

About the role:

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team working for Our Client. 

Our Engineering Team is now growing consisting of Senior Software Developers, DevSecOps engineers, Architects and designers who are responsible for the end-to-end ownership of our platform, from architecture through to infrastructure. Individually they are all exceptional at what they do, but by working collaboratively within a team, consistently applying best-practice and automating absolutely everything they are able to build world-class software for our customers. This is a complete greenfield project, a fully funded cutting-edge start-up –that will require you to muck in with every aspect of our delivery lifecycle. 

We are a multicultural and diverse engineering team. We are 100% cloud-native (Oracle Cloud – for now). We use JIRA, Confluence, GitHub and Mattermost to speed up delivery and communication. 

About the Project:

You’ll be a part of innovative digital banking products The bank is pioneering new horizons for customers with a core mission to create a more financially literate society that can succeed in a thriving economy. This will be achieved by introducing smart financial solutions.

By facilitating banking access to segments traditionally considered high-risk, we aim to promote financial inclusion. Using continuous Data Analysis in our AI Engine and our PFM solution, we will help our customers better spend and save money.

• Responsible for feature creation and changes to products and services to meet business and technical objectives
• Assign and work within a squad to provide their expertise and advise to the whole team
• Work with developers to produce working software, including automating releases, testing code and solving development problems
• Build, test and maintain infrastructure and tools, which allow for agile software development and automated releases
• Align with the engineers on technical solution and migration, design/implementation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to set expectations, understand requirements and tie into the development of software
• Work with security specialists to ensure the software being developed conforms to appropriate security standards and regulations
• Assist with fixing technical problems and general problem solving for development issues
• Document DevOps processes, including developing standards to guide operations, support and maintenance
• Focus on configuration, documentation, optimization, and support of the infrastructure components
• Analyze and resolve raised incidents (eg. 2nd, 3rd level support)

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise DevOps
• Strong background in Linux/Unix and system administration
• Experience working in a 100% cloud-native environment
• In-depth experience with automation/configuration management/secrets management using either Ansible, Chef, Terraform, Vault and other Hashicorp products
• Experience with Docker, Docker images, and usage in CI/CD and cloud environments
• Working knowledge of DevSecOps best practices – Inspec – Continuous compliance framework – secure coding – CIS compliance
• Experience of ELK/EFK, Prometheus, Grafana
• Git source control and GitHub experience
• Tooling within the CNCF landscape
• Exposure to programming and experience with operations in a commercial environment
• Knowledge and practical experience of scaling web applications, caring about site uptime and performance

• Experience with configuring and using a CI/CD tool such as Jenkins, Concourse-CI
• Experience with Kubernetes and Oracle Cloud (OCI) will be a distinct advantage.
• Experience with Java, Node.js and Python
• Working understanding of code/script (Bash/Shell)
• Desirable experience with: Kong, Spark/Hadoop, Cassandra, redis, MongoDB
• Experience with SAML2/OAUTH2
