Amazon Recruiting is looking to hire an exceptional Talent Acquisition leader to help drive a regional recruiting strategy for Amazon’s International Consumer’s diverse set of customers across Europe. We are currently supporting 5+ tech orgs sitting in 10+ different locations and to date we have focused on independent support at the local level. In order to better recruit at scale, we are looking for a regional leader capable of connecting these sites through a cohesive recruiting strategy, someone comfortable managing remote employees and building regional capability. This leader will manage a team of Recruiters, Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators sitting across the EU.
Primary responsibilities:
- Iterate and innovate on a recruiting plan that focuses on finding a mix of senior and mid-career tech talent, continual improvements in assessment, and providing a best in class candidate experience.
- Hire, manage, and develop a team of recruiters, sourcers and recruiting coordinators
-Develop a multi-faceted recruiting plans to support multiple development centers in a candidate obsessed way.

· Bachelor’s degree
· 7+ years in recruiting function
· 4+ years of experience building, coaching and developing a recruiting team in a fast paced environment
· Proven ability to use data to influence decisions
· Experience identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing technical candidates at all levels
· High level of judgment with an ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment
· Ability to embrace ambiguity, manage through changing expectations, and adapt quickly
· Deep understanding of talent acquisition
· Experience building great technical recruiters
