The internship assignment

At Tesla, the customer is at the heart of everything we do. As part of this dynamic organization, your role will play a vital part in shaping our marketing strategies or driving our sales and pipeline management as well as supporting the communications department. In addition, have fun doing it too! Learning goals & Tasks

• Monitor and summarize marketing events and store events
• Develop and update post-event KPI trackers
• Translate email communications, website copy and all branded copy
• Conduct and compile research for new event opportunities
• Organize logistics for events
• Press car handover management
• Keep track of marketing materials per location & cover needs
• Develop a trustworthy relationship with different stakeholders such as store managers, operation managers, etc.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations and Business Administration
• Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities
• Real passion for organizing events
• Fast learner and good team player
• Active student status throughout the duration of the internship
