Within Amazon, the Selling Partner Support Organization’s goal is to enable 3rd party Sellers of any size by helping them build the business they want. We obsess over providing world-class support to Merchants selling on the Amazon platform on a worldwide scale. Selling Partner Support strives to predict our Seller's needs before they recognize they may have a problem, create innovative self-help tools, and provide solutions to help our partners to better serve their customers. The Selling Partner Support team acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our 3rd Party business partners, so to our Sellers we ARE Amazon.
The Selling Partner Support (SPS) team is looking for a Program Manager to own the management of our portfolio of key must-win projects which are tied to our largest goals and drive program alignment across our leadership team. This person will be responsible for identifying and leveraging commonalities across all projects, while the leadership of the individual projects will remain with current owners. In this role, the person will drive project portfolio management discipline with our leadership team to drive strategic execution through the optimization and oversight of must win project investments.
In this high profile role, you will collaborate with numerous operational, training, product, and software development teams both inside and outside Seller Support to identify, define and specify solutions that create the conditions for sellers’ success and satisfaction. Successful candidates will have a strong program management background, be detail oriented, have strong analytical skills, ability to deal with ambiguity and have excellent problem solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Provide prioritization for project portfolio to ensure must win projects are identified and appropriate resources are aligned to drive goals forward, taking into account changes in projects direction and execution
- Eliminate silos in projects work by establishing rigor across project portfolio that drives joint decision making and oversight of project investments which align to business goals and strategies. This includes creating a project review cadence, aligning tenets, and creating a standard communication mode for updates and project work
- Identify focus points for our business review meeting cadence and core leadership mechanism reviews
- Identify and analyze data to isolate issues, develop solutions and prioritize opportunities for Seller experience improvements
- Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and have seller quality as the top focus.

REQUISITOS BÁSICOS

· 5+ years of program / project management experience
· 2+ years of experience communicating with both technical and non-technical teams across a global organization
· Strong written & verbal communication in addition to strong presentation and interpersonal skills
· Able to work both on a global team (as member and leader) and independently to deliver results
· Proven ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situation
· Highly organized, ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines
· Experience working with contact centers globally
· Experience developing and deploying operational processes and technologies globally, to drive Operational Excellence
· Bachelor’s degree

REQUISITOS DESEADOS

· Strategic thinker with the ability to see/understand the big picture
· Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
· Master’s degree in business, information systems, data mining or a related field
· Proven experience in executing technology solutions in a fast-paced, high growth, operational business environment
· Demonstrated ability to execute complex global strategic initiatives and developing collaborative relationships that are highly productive
