• Update reference databases with new products data and changes in the Dutch markets ensuring quality of the data.
• Contact laboratories via both, emails and phone calls, in order to get and confirm product information.
• Build and maintain a professional network.
• Search and gather reference information through input data from internal sources.
• Classify products, standardize and group data according to the company hierarchies and business rules.
• Identify and resolve routine exceptions and issues.
• Perform quality control of data maintained and apply corrections as required.
• Maintain documentation of Procedures.

• Native level of Dutch and good knowledge of English.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Bachelor or Degree of Science preferably in Pharmacy or life science subject or work experience in pharmaceutical product information or in the pharmaceutical industry and/or have a familiarity with pharmaceutical and consumer health products and terminology.
• Valuable experience maintaining and updating databases.
• Computer literate.
• Organizational skills. Good attention to detail with the ability to work accurately within the pressure of tight.
• Ability to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems.
• Experience of a production environment with workload prioritization would be advantageous.
