Amazon is looking for smart, pro-active and customer oriented individuals to support the development of different categories.
All the Internships are based in Madrid (Spain) offices.

The intern will improve and measure the impact of ES 3P Deals. The main responsibilities will be: i) to increase overall IDQ of the 3P deals , ii) Define and implement scalable processes to provide realistic recommended prices offered by Sellers to Customers , iii) Increase participation of Domestic Sellers in Home and OOC Deals page and iv) analyse 3P deals trends and set up actions plan to improve deals results.

Skills required: attention to details, analytical, and insist on highest standards.

Projects:

1) To collaborate with international teams (EU) to improve overall Deals metrics and processes.
2) To improve the domestic deals share from 2% to 6% by email communication campaigns and other iniatives

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate will be innovative and team oriented, have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. Excel mastery is a must. Previous experience in online marketing and in database management tools (Access, SQL) will be an advantage.

We are looking for a very analytical, data driven and detail oriented native level Spanish speaker, with great sense of ownership, willingness to learn fast and with great enthusiasm for e-commerce. You will also require strong planning skills for arranging marketing plans with vendors and for handling multiple projects at once.

The internship will be done through an official collaboration agreement with a Business School.

· University Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics or Business Administration.
· Extremely analytical and passionate about e-commerce
· Ability to learn fast and successfully manage multiple projects at one time
· Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

· Engineer or double degree is a plus
· Some previous experience - whether through student practice, summer internships or university research collaborations.
· Experience in data analysis – confident manipulating large sets of data
