As part of the Customer Services Supply Chain organization in EMEA, you’ll be in charge of ensuring the delivery and repair of PC units toward one of our most valued customers: HP inc and their employees.

In this role, you’ll have the end-to end accountability of the supply chain delivery for this account in term of:

• Operational performance (delivering units to HP employees, repairing or decommissioning those units)
• Financial performance (ensuring budget and financial commitments are met)

On top of this accountability, you’ll be also leading transformation projects aimed to either improve the current set-up / infrastructure OR to enable the usage of this infrastructure for new customers.

This role will bring you to lead virtual team made of Supply chain experts as well as suppliers to ensure you are meeting your goals.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

• Monitor and drive EMEA Supply Chain delivery performance related to HPonHP deal
• Monitor and drive EMEA Supply Chain cost performance related to HPonHP deal
• Lead projects aimed to transform or scale the Supply Chain set-up for HPonHP deal

Key deliverables/accountabilities:

• Level of Fill (LOF) & Backlog performance
• Repair Turn-around Time (TAT) & quality metrics
• On-time transformation project delivery

Experience required:

• 5-10 years’ experience in a customer facing organization with a strong linkage to a supply chain environment
• Big account management
• Project and Operations management background

Qualifications:

• Ability to lead, direct and motivate cross functional teams towards processes improvement and project implementation
• Assertiveness to drive actions and achieve improvement
• Innovative thinker able to use creative solutions in problem solving
• Understanding of EMEA operations management and focus on customer Total customer Experience (TCE)
• Negotiation & influencing skills
• Project Management related skills

Education (degree) required:

• Master degree
