What you role will be ?

Within the BPS (Business Personal Systems) EMEA Pricing organization, you will be responsible for driving the pricing strategy development for the Enterprise and Mid-Market Customer segments across EMEA

Working in very close collaboration with the central and local Pricing, Category and Channel Sales team, you will have a pivotal role supporting business growth with pricing as differentiator.

Capturing fresh insights of industry & local stakeholders, you will drive innovative Pricing initiatives to be ahead of competition

What will be your Responsibilities

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for all Enterprise/Mid-Market pricing related topics
  • Analyze and Translate market data and key findings into insights for Local Category/Sales Team to help them take right pricing decisions and understand competitive situation
  • Demonstrate correlation between insights delivered and business actions taken
  • Actively support Country Pricing Managers on their operation management for Emterprise & Mid-Market
  • Coordinate discussions between stakeholders from different motions in order to understand local market dynamics and provide recommendations on the deal win strategy/sales approach
  • Capture operational teams and business stakeholders feedback on their business requirements to accelerate growth, with more efficient processes, tools & a simplified engagement model
  • Challenge existing ecosystem to bring forward innovative ways of generating and using insights (e.g. processes, cross-collaboration research, methodologies)
  • Set business objective measures of success and continuously evaluates progress against objectives
  • Deliver Best in class Pricing management processes towards optimum Channel partner experience
  • Actively demonstrate curiosity and growth mindset , through on-going adoption of best practices

Education, Skills and Experience Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's (graduate) degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar
  • 10+ years professional experience with interaction to Country Sales and customers in either Sales, Category, Pricing or Sales Support roles
  • Effective communicator (i.e. written, verbal, presentation) who integrates the intricacies of multiple data points/sources into a concise story
  • Strategic thinking & futurist
  • Ability to influence/negotiate/persuade
  • Ownership and leadership, ability to work autonomously, open and positive attitude with passion
  • Excellent program management, problem solving, and analytical skills, and ability to execute a program within the scope of overall strategies.
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Demonstrated IT market experience, preferably in Channel market
  • Fluency in English
