Data Analysis Business Operations Project Manager en Barcelona

The hired candidate will report to the Managed Print Services Region Business Operations Manager and will be responsible to structure/program/govern the introduction of sales comp variable pay schema within the Managed Print Services​EMEA service organization.

Critical Main responsibilities will be:

• Leads, structure and develop the introduction of variable pay schema within the EMEA MPS Service organization
• Helps and Support the quota plans developments in partnership with Finance and Sub Region Managers
• Develop monthly, quarterly, semester quota/actuals governance
• Partner with Sales Comp to Performs business analysis, develops recommendations/ solutions to drive MPS business improvements.
• Drive and support Sales Comp data feeder requirements
• Interface with HR and other departments for e2e successful implementation
• Works across subregions to develop and/or implement new/enhanced compensation plans to meet and fuel profitable growth.

Candidate Profile

It’s a PM with proven data analysis skills, operational or IT background are preferred.
