Analyst Intern (Post Purchase) en Barcelona

We are looking for am Analyst Intern (Post Purchase). Your mission will be to help analyzing the booking flow in order to detect possible bugs/improvements that impact the issuance rate (Issued/Orders). As an active member of a team, you are requested to provide data and support to other team members.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identification of root cause issues impacting issuance to build sustainable improvements to booking flow
• Drive creation and maintenance of reports to allow the team to track and monitor issuance rate
• Provide analytics reports
• Maintain reference data and ensure their consistent application
• Work closely with key stakeholders in other areas of the business
• Control and report activities on a daily basis
• Analyse route cause of drops/increases
• Maintenance and new creation of reports
• Daily monitoring
• Maintain data accuracy
• Provide figures for impact calculation

Essential Skills: 

• Being able to sign an internship agreement is a MUST.
• Attention to detail
• Outstanding analytic and quantitative skills
• Ability to deliver comprehensible and effective reports
• English/Spanish
• Proven skills in SQL and analytic report tools is a plus
