We are currently looking for several Receptionists to join us at Casa Cook Ibiza!

 

As a Receptionist at Casa Cook you will have a key position in the arrival experience and stay of our guests. You will provide inspirational service and ensure our guests receive a high quality, personalised service.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To ensure a daily smooth check in and check out experience ensuring seamless guest service and adhering to all Reception department policies by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key
  • Differentiate between different guest types and handle them in the appropriate manner; customers with confirmed or claimed reservations
  • Provides accurate information to guest enquiries related to hotel facilities
  • Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
  • Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Maintain a professional image on duty, including a polite and courteous manner, cheerful disposition and punctuality
  • liaises and co-operates with other operational departments, notably Housekeeping and Accounts on all Front Office matters that affect them
  • Ensures that telephones are answered promptly and efficiently to the department standard responding quickly to queries received from guests
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Management

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a similar environment and role
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills.
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced working environment
  • Fluent in English

Preferred:

  • Working knowledge of hotel reservations system
  • Fluent in German and Spanish
  • Professional qualification in hotel industry or tourism
