Inside Sales Account Manager

Madrid, Spain

Key responsibilities

The scope of the role will be focused on selling Dell solutions within Commercial clients/partners.  You will be working with other Dell functions including Sales Operations, Customer Care, Brand, Finance and Logistics to deliver a positive customer experience. You will:

  • Achieve targets by selling, up-selling and cross-selling our technology solutions
  • Using outbound calling, consultative and influencing selling techniques
  • Create positive results for Dell, our distributors and our customers
  • Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information
  • Provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders

Essential requirements

  • Experience in a similar position within the IT Industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and used to team work
  • Drive for results and to achieve sales targets
  • High English level
  • Ability to work on daily basis with customers having international point of contacts.
  • Have a certificate of disability
