Senior Consultant AI, Blockchain, Analytics and Robotics en Madrid

Accenture is looking for a Consultant with high interest in new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, robotics and how they can transform the business processes of large organizations.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

•     ·Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
• ·   Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.

• ·   Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.
•      Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.

• ·    Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.

• ·    Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.

• ·    Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
•      It is also required knowledge of clients within the Products Industry (Consumer Goods, Retail, Automotive, Infrastructure, Travel and/or Transportation sectors).
•      Availability to work in Madrid or Palma de Mallorca.

•      Identifying the functional needs of the different areas and businesses and how they can be covered by new technologies.

•       Analyzing and proposing the most appropriate technological solution with the least impact.

•       Serving as a link between the business areas and technology implementation teams.

·     Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology management or advisory in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Robotics, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics.

·      Experience working directly with business owners to define technology solutions to cover business processes.

·      Bachelor's degree.

·    Strong interest in collaborative work with clients and different teams.

·    Strong interest in emerging technologies and how they could improve organizations’ processes.

·     Previous experience in software selection and vendor management.

·     Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.

·     Results oriented, focused in achieving goals.

·     Ability to create collaborative work environments.

·     Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

·     Desire to work in an information systems environment.
