During your practice, you will become a member of a team of high caliber professionals working on real and targeted topics. Support SC Product Stream Operations in the area of Proactive & Preventive monitoring plus Support services in IT Product Management:
Ensure monitoring tools are available on displays.
Follow up on KPI’s weekly and communicate low performance.
Participate in building model for Proactive & Preventive monitoring.
Participate in IT Product Management transformation.
Shadow a team for proactive monitoring and ticket reduction.
Top management reporting.
Vendor Management.
Overview on all SC process and SAP top solutions.
Terms & Conditions:
• Scholarship 790 € per month
